Behavior and Training

The Edmonton Humane Society does all that it can to work with any companion animal in its care, to address any behavior issue that a pet may have. The EHS' team of animal behaviorists provide daily enrichment to our shelter animals, such as providing toys, socialization activities, and behavior modification sessions.

The behavior department staff also provide tools to the public to help members of the community be responsible pet owners, such as:

• Dog Behavior & Modification Group Training Classes, including agility and specialty classes;
• Upcoming Clinics & Events;
• Private Training Services;
• Dog daycare service;
• Gated, secure, off-leash dog park for members-only.
