Spring Break 2013

Join us between March 22-28 for our Spring Break adoption incentive event! Adoption fees are waived for all Adult cats who have been here more than 30 days. All other adult cats have a $30 reduced adoption fee. (Regular adoption fees still apply for kittens). 

Each feline adoption includes:

• Spay or neuter surgery
• Microchip
• 1st set of vaccines
• ...and more

Our adoption process will not change for this adoption event. Families will still be required to fill out a questionnaire regarding their lifestyle and expectations of pet ownership and will then go through an adoption interview. The entire adoption process is quite comprehensive and anyone considering adoption on the featured day should allow themselves approximately 4 hours in the shelter. Our extensive adoption package includes spay/neuter surgery, microchip, pet licensing, first six weeks of pet insurance and more!  

 
Can't adopt right now? No problem! Consider sponsoring one of our friendly felines by topping up their adoption fee during this event! 


Your sponsorship is tax deductible, helps offset the loss of their adoption fees for the EHS and helps us find them a new, loving home. Top up a feline adoption fee and change a life forever! 

Please note adoption fees are reduced for the public for March 22-28 only. If the cat that you have selected to sponsor is not adopted during the event, the full adoption fees will still apply for future adopters. The much-needed funds from your sponsorship assist the Edmonton Humane Society with caring for the thousands of animals that come through our doors each year. If the number of sponsorships exceed the number of cats that have been designated for this event, the Edmonton Humane Society reserves the right to display multiple sponsorships on one cat's pet portfolio.
