The PALS (Prevent Another Litter Subsidy) Program is designed to assist qualifying individuals with the cost of spaying or neutering animals in their immediate care. Low income families (or individuals) can apply for the PALS Program to have their cat or dog spayed or neutered for an administration fee of $25-50.00. The fee covers the costs of medical record keeping, humane education and scheduling. If needed, vaccinations will be administered at the time of surgery. Microchips are also given for all animals though the PALS program. Any animal over 7 years of age can only be accepted on a case by case basis dependent on blood-work results (blood-work must be completed prior to applying).
To qualify applicants must provide:
- PALS Application
- Proof of Household Income
- $50 per dog / $25 per cat
You will receive an email confirming that your application has been successfully submitted.
