While a paw-sitive change is underway at EHS with our adoption gallery renovation, the animals in our care need loving homes to help make space for the next animal who needs our support.
Adoption fees are reduced on all animals from Friday, May 1 until Sunday, May 10. Plus, all dogs can receive a 30% discount on a training class!
Event Adoption Fees
In addition to the adoption fees listed below, the following dogs will be eligible for these promotions:
- 1st & 2nd Longest Stay Dogs: No Fee (Choose Your Own Adoption Fee)
- 3rd & 4th Longest Stay Dogs: Free dog training class at EHS.

Why Adopt from EHS?
- All dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, and rabbits will be spayed/neutered.
- At least one set of vaccinations for dogs, puppies, cats and kittens.
- EIDAP Microchip to help your pet return home should they become lost.
- All dogs will have completed a behaviour assessment.
- Health check by an EHS veterinarian.
- Any medical treatments or surgeries that were required while in EHS’ care.
- Free exam at a local participating veterinary clinic.
- Discussion about pet insurance from our recommended provider, Fetch Canada.
- Free ID tag at Bingo’s Pet Shop.
