Join us on select non-instructional school days for fun, one-day youth camps designed for children ages 6 to 12. Spend the day learning about animal welfare and what it means to be a kind and caring companion in our world — through hands-on activities, games and meaningful experiences.
During our single-day camp, youth will:
Learn about shelter operations and the impact of volunteers.
Create animal enrichments and crafts.
Help out in various shelter spaces.
Participate in our animal interaction presentations.
Explore behind-the-scenes at EHS.
Receive a commemorative camp t-shirt that can be signed by fellow campers as a cherished memento of their time at camp!
Animal Interactions During Humane Education Programs
Please note that while we try our best to have our Animal Ambassadors attend programs at our facility, we cannot guarantee animal interaction. We can’t predict whether we will have animals in shelter that would benefit from socialization.
