2024 Annual General Meeting of Members of the Edmonton Humane Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (EHS)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Annual General Meeting (“Meeting”) of the Members of EHS will be held virtually on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. through Zoom to conduct the following business:

Receive the financial statements of EHS for the year ended December 31, 2023 and the auditors’ report on those statements,
Appoint the auditors of EHS who will serve until the next annual meeting,
Approve amendments to EHS’ By-laws,
Elect directors of EHS to serve for a term of two years, and
Consider any other business that may properly come before the meeting.

Copy of the minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting.
Copy of the annual audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023 and the auditors’ report on those statements.
