Every individual we reach through our ever-growing programs and courses is another opportunity to advance animal welfare and inspire a more humane world. Each interaction from educating a dog owner on positive training methods to giving a person the chance to experience the power of the human-animal bond through cat yoga or one of our kids camps, enriches the lives of not only the animals, but the people too.

UNDERSTANDING DOG BEHAVIOUR
Do you want to understand dog personalities better and feel confident in training your paw-some pal?
Whether you’re looking to improve your skills in dog-handling as an animal care professional or a animal guardian, our dog behaviour training classes will give you exposure to a variety of canine breeds and behaviours while you learn and develop skills in identifying dog body language, how to modify common behavioural issues, and how to train new behaviours using force-free training.
These programs are for people – do not bring your own dog to class. They will not be admitted as you will be working with animals in our care at EHS.
